Prior to joining Ecoworks Studio, Faye gained extensive experience during her 9-year tenure at Holder Construction as a Sustainable Services Coordinator. In this role, she collaborated with LEED consultants, Architects/Engineers, and Commissioning Agents, contributing to the company's prominent position as a leader in sustainability within the industry. Faye excelled in managing waste management tracking, achieving an impressive overall diversion rate of 85%. Throughout her time at Holder, she exhibited meticulous attention to detail while reviewing project drawings and specifications deliverables, ensuring strict compliance with certification and sustainability requirements. Faye's exceptional project management skills enabled the successful handling of 10-15 simultaneous projects, consistently delivering accurate, comprehensive, and punctual results. She also demonstrated proficiency in utilizing external resources such as rating system reference guides, LEEDUser, Green Badger, and online material databases.

 

In her spare time, Faye enjoys spending time with her husband, James, and their two daughters, Evie and Tillie. Their favorite vacation spot is the historic city of St. Augustine, FL, known as the oldest city in America. They love the perfect blend of beach relaxation and exploring the rich historical district. Faye also enjoys shopping, staying fit at the gym, and catching up with friends.
